About Us

Dan is an accomplished senior executive with over 30 years of human resources, distribution, and operations management experience within the machinery, food and beverage, and recreational vehicles industries. His executive career experience spans over three decades with three fortune 1000 firms: Kubota Tractor Corporation, Fleetwood Enterprises Inc., and Miller Brewing Company.

He has an extensive background in developing teams and leaders, executive level recruitment, organizational design, succession management, strategic planning, and human capital development.

Dan founded Dan Jones Talent Solutions Consulting LLC in 2022. His goal is to help empower organizations by placing top-tier candidates who can immediately add value and contribute to the ongoing success of the company

Dan has a B.A. in Business Administration and Leadership from Concordia University and is a former member of the Legislative Advisory Council with the City of Grapevine and Board Advisory Member with the Dallas Regional Chamber. Dan is currently an Advisory Member of YTexas.
